Please read the following General Terms and Conditions carefully before purchasing event tickets via the website:
Tickets purchased online can be used with proof sent to your email address. Just show the code at the entrance to the halls. Without the necessary proof of online ticket purchase, you will not be admitted to the event.
Please check all the information you have entered before final confirmation of your online purchase.
ELVI d.o.o. shall not be held liable for any misuse or errors resulting from the use of the online sales service on an inadequately secured user's computer.
Cancellation or exchange of tickets already purchased is not possible.
Prices
All prices are expressed in EUR. Prices are valid at the time of order confirmation (completion of purchase). Prices are valid in the case of payment by the payment methods indicated above, under the conditions indicated above. Prices are valid only for purchases made through the digitalflowz.com. All prices of tickets in the digitalflowz.com are final prices and already include VAT (22%).
On digitalflowz.com we can display three prices for one item (regular/current price, discounted price and the lowest price of the last 30 days).
If an ticket is published with a promotional price, the regular/current price is crossed out and the promotional price is published next to it in red. In addition to the promotional price, the lowest price of the item in the last 30 days is also published for such an item.
Payment methods
Customers can pay by direct bank deposit or Paypal. Only payment in one lump sum is possible. Please let us know if you have not received any notification from us and more than three working days have elapsed since your purchase.
